Pace Fitness classes are appropriate for every fitness level. We will help you pick a weekly class schedule to provide you with a consistent and steady routine allowing for greater accountability and comfort in your training group. Every workout can be scaled to your current ability allowing for continued progress towards your goals.

Forever Fit
MEMBERSHIPS
One on one training up to three time per week and unlimited access to all our classes.
A mild strength and conditioning program for those who need a lighter touch. We meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00am.
massage sessions
Provided by Massage Therapist, Veronica Funicellio, we offer 30 minute, 60 minute, and 90 minute sessions every month on Saturdays.
At Home Training
A workout a day with video instruction and a digital training log to help you track your progress.
Nutrition Coaching
Let's get your body right with food. We will figure out what exactly works for you and practice it until it becomes second nature and you are achieving your goals.
